New York and Mount Sterling, Illinois, October 2nd / PRNewswire / — Roland Foods, LLC (“Roland Foods”) and Dot Foods, Inc (“Dot Foods”) announced on Thursday that they have reached a strategic partnership to bring their businesses closer together and to make __BJWKEEP_00008® and __BJWKEEP_00009® products more widely available to customers in the food industry.

Roland Foods is a leading global supplier of high-quality ingredients, serving the food service, retail, and industrial food industries for over 90 years; Dot Foods is the largest LTL (Less Than Truckload) integrator in the North American food industry.

According to the agreement, Roland Foods will acquire Savor Brands and LLC (“Savor”) from Dot Foods, while Dot Foods will obtain equity in Roland Foods. The parties also signed a business agreement whereby Dot will distribute Roland ® and Savor ® products through its nationwide reselling network.

For customers, this collaboration means a richer selection of products and more ways to place orders and receive them. Savor adds new products and capabilities to Roland Foods, including a range of frozen products and a broader selection of global ingredients. Roland ® products are expected to be available on Dot Foods in early 2027. Roland ® and Savor ® products will also be supplied through Roland Foods's existing distribution network within a similar timeline.

Neither party has disclosed the financial terms of this transaction.
